Mammoth Choppers announces its throaty Sounding True-Duals exhaust System. These pipes use equal length pipes on each side from the engine head. This equates to the best performance possible for a dual pipe system. They accomplish this by creating a 160 degree bend from the rear cylinder back around to the left side of the bike. In addition to equal length pipes, they are triple stepped to create the right amount of backpressure/ horsepower and increased torque. The pipes start at the heads with 1 ¾” diameter pipes (which are standard with most H-D pipes), and then the pipe diameter is stepped to 2” before meeting the 3 ¼” inch muffler. These are black ceramic coated pipes to reduce heat and increase flow. Show chromed heat shields make for the ultimate long distance non boot burning cruising pipe. Pipes come with Oxygen sensor ports and plugs. Fitments include 2000 and up Softails and 97-07 FLH Model bikes.
