PARTS INSTALLMENT / FITMENT POLICY

Motorcycles can be dangerous. Mammoth Choppers has no control over the use of any parts, therefore, Mammoth expects the customer to exercise good judgement as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. Mammoth Choppers, Inc. assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of misuse or improper application of any part in any way by any person.

WARRANTY

Mammoth Choppers, Inc. warrants every product it sells for a period of 1 year (unless otherwise stated) to the original purchaser from the date of invoice. This warranty does not apply to the defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, improper wiring, alterations or lack of maintenance. In no event will Mammoth Choppers liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product and any legal actions brought against Mammoth shall be tried in the State of Washington, County of Whatcom. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damage arising from the use of our products.

EXHAUST PIPES and MUFFLERS

There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to discoloration. Bluing or discoloration is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating and so forth and is NOT caused by defective manufacturing. Once you have started your motorcycle with the pipes installed, there is no refund on those exhaust pipes and mufflers except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

SADDLEBAGS

Once the saddlebags have been mounted on the motorcycle they cannot be returned. Returned seats and saddlebags must be unused and in like new condition with no evidence of wear or mounting marks.

USED and/or DAMAGED PARTS

Any item sold will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration if they: 1) Are subjected to improper handling 2) Bad return packaging in which damage occurs 3) Shows evidence of being used or installed.

It's easy! Our business policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will refund your money (less a restocking fee if applicable). Just return the part to us in 30 days from the date of invoice and we'll refund the full purchase price (except for the "to and from" shipping charges).
